We understand the financial challenges that weigh heavily on families during this unprecedented time. We know that costs and budgeting are a concern for families now more than ever before. We feel it is an important time to come together to support one another. Despite the increased cost for PPE (masks, gowns, disinfection) associated with the COVID pandemic, we have decided to extend our help to the families in our community.
We will be decreasing our fees which will now be LOWER than the Alberta dental fee guide. What does this all mean? Less out-of-pocket expenses. ALL of our fees will be at least 1% and up to 15% lower than what is suggested on the guide. The more expensive procedures will have a larger reduction in fees. In addition to these lower fees, we will continue to honour our commitment to support local charities, causes and businesses in our community. Together we are stronger.
Direct billing and insurance pre-authorization
We bill your insurance directly and do all the paperwork for you. This means that you only have to pay the patient portion if you have any. We also try our best to pre-authorize the cost of treatment at your request. We are completely transparent with our fees as they follow the Alberta Dental Fee Guide but if you would like to know exactly what your cost will be please let us pre-authorize all costs before starting treatment. This will avoid any confusion and allow you to plan ahead. It is always our pleasure to do this for you.
